بهبود شمولیت و پایداری: تحلیل تطبیقی طراحی همگانی در پارک‌های شهری با رویکرد جامعه‌محور

چکیده

با وجود اینکه فضاهای عمومی به‌طور فزاینده‌ از اهمیت بالای برخوردار اند هنوز هم بسیاری از پارک‌های شهری فاقد رویکردهای یکپارچه در زمینه‌های دسترس‌پذیری، شمولیت اجتماعی و پایداری محیطی قرار دارند. این تحقیق به ارزیابی تطبیقی سه پارک شهری جامعه‌محور شامل پارک عزیز دوران (ترکیه)، پارک الازهر (مصر) و پارک بیشان–آنگ مو کیو (سنگاپور) براساس اصول طراحی همگانی  (UD)، فراگیری و پایداری پرداخته است. در این تحقیق از روش تطبیقی کمی استفاده شد و دیتاهای ثانویه از منابعی مانند ادبیات علمی، اسناد برنامه‌ریزی، گزارش‌های عمومی، تصاویر ماهواره‌ای و مواد بصری جمع‌آوری گردید. همچنین، یک چارچوب ارزیابی مبتنی بر شاخص‌های معیاری برای سنجش ابعاد منتخب تدوین شد. نتایج نشان داد که تفاوت‌های قابل توجهی در عملکرد پارک‌ها وجود دارد. از جمله پارک بیشان-آنگ مو کیو با امتیاز کلی 95.8% بهترین عملکرد را ثبت کرد، پس از آن پارک عزیز دوران با 61.7%  قرار گرفت؛ در حالی‌که پارک الازهر با امتیاز 42.1% به دلیل محدودیت در زیرساخت‌های فراگیر و تدابیر طراحی اکولوژیکی، پایین‌ترین عملکرد را نشان داد. این مطالعه بر اهمیت ادغام اصول طراحی همگانی در مراحل اولیه برنامه‌ریزی و طراحی پارک‌های شهری به منظور دستیابی به شمولیت اجتماعی و پایداری محیطی در بلندمدت تأکید می‌کند.
